Moriah, our signature restaurant at the Scottsdale Cottonwoods Resort & Suites, known for its Spanish Colonial architecture, soothing courtyard fountain and outstanding cuisine in a comfortable environment is a great way to start your day.  Indulge with the Southwest Scramble or Corned Beef Hash & Eggs.  Favorites include Waffles, Griddle Cakes and French Toast.  For the lighter fare, Moriah’s offers a Fruit Plate,  Honey Yogurt Parfait or Pink Grapefruit Gratine'.

Chef Jason Lee creates a beautiful plated presentation focusing on color, texture and flavor. Some of the locals' favorite menu items include Moriah’s signature breakfast and fresh cooked to order omelets. However, the Eggs Benedict is always a special treat
